Client Services

Courtney has only been working in veterinary medicine for about 3 years but has loved every minute of it! She has always had a passion for caring for animals and even wanted to be a vet as a child. When not at work or school, she enjoys spending time with her own fur baby, Taako, hiking or lounging on the couch, experimenting with new craft projects, and being a nerd.

Sara

Client Services

Sara started at Hillside in December of 2022 but has worked in veterinary customer service for almost 10 years. Seeing as talking to clients and my love of animals are two of my favorite things, it has been my dream job. Animals have always had a special place in my heart and I have been a docent at the zoo for over 10 years and spent several years prior volunteering at wildlife rehabilitation. I share my home with my husband and partner in crime, Phil, and my fur baby Raja. In my free time, I love reading true crime and all things spooky, going on road trips, hikes, and seeing as many concerts as I am able.

Becky

Client Services

After a career in retail management, Becky decided the time was right to make a career transition. Finding out that her long-time veterinary clinic had an opportunity for her to join the team made the decision easy. Another bonus is she gets to work every day with her twin sister, veterinary technician Carrie. As a long-time animal lover, Becky and her husband Charlie currently have three fur kiddos: Gracie, a Golden Retriever, Max, a Cocker Spaniel, and Teddy, a Great Pyrenees puppy. She enjoys spoiling them and her two human kiddos, Jake and Abby. Becky is looking forward to being part of the Hillside Family.

Jessica

Client Services

Jessica has been part of the Hillside team since 2017. She is married to her husband, Travis, and together they have a son named Kingston, along with two dogs — her “old man” Roscoe and baby girl Quinn (who many of you have probably seen around the clinic!).

Although this is Jessica’s first job in the veterinary medical field, she has always had a huge place in her heart for animals. She loves being part of the Hillside family and appreciates working alongside doctors and team members who are truly dedicated to caring for every patient as if they were their own. She also enjoys getting to meet and love on all of your fur babies!

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as traveling and making new memories with her loved ones.

Dana

Client Services

Dana has been with the Hillside team since 2014. She grew up across the river in Illinois; attending college at SIUE before moving to Missouri and getting a Vet Tech degree at Sanford-Brown.

She lives with her husband and son; Andrew and Finnegan. They have 2 black cats; Gimli and Jack. She loves spending time at home with her family and pets, both playing and watching sports, and being outside running around with her son. Also, she likes to embrace her inner nerd-self by reading, watching the newest Marvel Comics movies, the weather, or reading about different natural phenomenon.

Jan

Client Services

Jan has been a member of our team since 1992 and was Hillside Animal Hospital’s first employee. She enjoys her talented co-workers who keep her laughing! When not at work Jan loves gardening with her husband, Dave, family dinners, and taking care of her granddaughter, Sofia. On January 24th, 2015 she was inducted into the Veterinarian Practice Staff Honor Roll with the Missouri Veterinary Medical Foundation.
