To request a food item or a refill for your medication, please complete the form below. When picking up your order, this will save you time. Please give us a 48 hour notice to process your order. Wait until you get confirmation to pick up your order before visiting the clinic.

According to law, there must be an established client/patient relationship, therefore if we have not examined your pet within the past 12 months, a refill request will be denied. 

Before filling several prescriptions, your pet must be evaluated. This gives additional assurance that the medication is suitable for your pet’s current state and guarantees that your pet is healthy enough to withstand the possible adverse effects of particular medications.

Important information: Food orders and prescription refills are not finalized until you receive confirmation. You will hear from a staff member by phone, text, or email.
